Chef Martial Noguier’s famous Grilled Yellow Buck Camembert Cheese Sandwich with melted honey truffle butter, roasted hazelnuts on homemade brioche and adorned with an apple salad paired with the Tomato Up cocktail. The Tomato Up is a careful blend of tomato and lime juices then mixed with Svedka Vodka, topped with pepper and garnished with a cherry tomato. This combination is the grown-up version of grilled cheese and tomato soup.
